(Build) N/E Reaper's Bolt
After capping Reapers Mark and Blinding Surge, I got the weirdest idea for a build utilizing the new Soul Reaping elite. This is just a general idea though and REALLY Needs sharpening so be sure to point out any problems with it.

Air Magic 12
Equipment:
Crimson Claw Wand (Sunspear Crafter), Inscription 15e/-1 and 10% HSR
Blood Offhand, Preferably HP+30 and HSR 10% but it's optional.
Armor: Tormentor or Energy
Skills:

Air Attunement: Energy return from Air Magic
Reaper's Mark: -5 degen and 17e return upon death while hexed
Lightning Orb: High damage spell #1
Enervating Charge: Damage spell #2 and added perk of Weakness
Lightning Javelin: Damage Spell #3 and potential Interrupt
Blood Renewal: HP maintenance; adds +5 regen and HP upon ending
(Utility Spell): Open for Discussion, was thinking either BR, Well of Blood, Signet of Lost Souls, or Blinding Flash.
Resurrection Signet/Sunspear Rebirth (PvE)
Simply put Cast Attunement and Blood Renewal before combat, Use Reaper's Mark first (VITAL), then run your Air spike combo. Enervating Charge puts pressure on Warriors, Javelin stops casters in their tracks, and Lightning Orb is there for pure DPS.
I've tested this build, and I can guarentee that you will have optimum energy return with the SR and Attunement combo and keep a spike going continuously due to the fast recharge of the air magic spells. The main problem I've noticed with this is that Lightning Orb takes a while to cast and both that and Javelin can be kited easily.
I have a feeling that Air can be replaced with any element, but I used air since it's got Blinding Flash as a good utility spell and the Armor Penetration is a good perk.
Any tips and pointers would really be appreciated. I've been looking for a good reason to use Reapers Mark and I think I found it.
